Formal dress delivery within Australia

Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks from placing your order to receiving your formal dress at your Australian delivery address. This estimate covers the time from ordering to receipt, and may vary depending on your location.

This timeframe applies to formal dress orders, including styles ordered as formalwear that are also offered as bridalwear. It does not set the delivery timeframe for bridal orders.

If your event is less than four weeks away, please contact us before ordering to discuss whether the timing is suitable. Allow time for any alterations you may need.

Bridal and other orders

The following standard and express delivery information applies to orders other than formal dresses. For formal dress orders, use the 3–4 week order-to-receipt estimate above.

Please note that standard delivery usually takes 1 to 2 months on average to fulfill and dispatch your order. Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!

If you would like faster delivery, we also offer express shipping with an estimated delivery time of 10 to 14 business days for an additional $35 fee.

Please keep in mind that holidays, natural disasters, or pandemics may still impact delivery times.
