We regret that your online purchase did not meet your expectations. To begin the return process, please contact us at info@wlbridalgown.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your dress.

Upon contacting us, we will provide you with the return address. Once you have received our confirmation email approving the return, you must arrange to ship the dress back to us using a trackable method via Australia Post within 24 hours.

Please note that the cost of return shipping, as well as any priority production or rush fees paid, will not be reimbursed.

To ensure your item is eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

1. - Contact us by email within 48 hours of receiving your dress.
2. - The dress must be purchased at full price. Sale items discounted due to defects or discontinuation are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. - The dress must be in its original condition, with all original tags attached. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
4. - Once shipped, you must provide tracking information to WL Bridal & Gown. Using a reliable, trackable method is crucial as WL Bridal & Gown is not responsible for items lost during shipping.
   

Upon receiving your returned dress within the stipulated time frame, we will conduct a thorough inspection. If we determine that the above conditions have not been met, the return will be rejected, and the dress will be sent back to you without issuing credit.

If the return is approved, WL Bridal & Gown will issue you store credit. Shipping fees and rush/priority handling fees will not be deducted. This store credit is non-transferable and can only be used for a subsequent purchase of equal or greater value.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges follow the same standards outlined above and can only be made for dresses of equivalent value.

Please note: Under Australian Consumer Law, change-of-mind returns are not eligible for a refund. This applies whether you have already received your order or request to cancel before receiving it. However, to support our clients, we are happy to offer store credit instead. All store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used towards any future purchase within that period.

 

Store Purchase Policy

For all in-store transactions — including but not limited to sales, rentals, deposits, and any other paid services — customers are provided with the opportunity to view, try on, and carefully consider each item before making a decision.

There is no obligation to proceed with payment unless the customer is fully satisfied with the item. If the item does not meet their expectations in terms of fit, style, or condition, they are welcome to decline the purchase or rental prior to payment.

Once payment has been made, it is understood that the customer has confirmed the item is suitable for their needs and accepted its condition at the time of transaction. For this reason, all in-store purchases are considered final, and we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind or personal preference after the transaction is complete.

WL Bridal & Gown is not responsible for any changes in personal circumstances, preferences, or event plans after the item has been collected.

In some cases, at our discretion, we may offer store credit of equal value, which can be used towards future purchases or rentals. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, is non-transferable, and will expire after this period.
